Daniela, the pattern I used for the dress is from a Japanese sewing book. The info. is in this previous post: http://www.ourhomemadehappy.com/2011/10/family-portraits-and-dress.html

But, since I couldn't understand any of the directions, and since I was missing one pattern piece, I sort of did some improvising! :)

Thanks, everyone for the shawl love! Lynne, I'm terrible at making knitting project notes as I go, so I don't know if I can give exact gauge and stitch count. But I'll see what I did scribble down on my pattern, and let you know if it's enough to go on! I'll hurry and get you the details. But definitely one of the cutest things I've knit, plus super simple and fast, which is always a bonus!

Mandy, we have lots of the children's wooden Ikea hangers, but need more as well. I've had it on my list, but every time I go to Ikea, they're out of them. I'm guessing they just don't carry them anymore. Bummer! However, I just googled around, and looks like there are plenty of them for sale around the web. Good luck!

Sarah's shawl turned out beautiful, I love the mustard colour and I went to the pattern and I am so impressed you were able to adapt it from a baby pattern.
